Start date: TBD in December Hours: Mon-Friday 9am-5pm Location: Upper East Side Rough job Description: We are looking for a loving, experienced, and dependable nanny to care for our baby boy who will be 4 months in December when you start. We are looking for someone nurturing, attentive, organized, and knowledgeable about infant development who will become a trusted and valued part of our family. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care throughout the day. - Follow the baby’s feeding schedule, including breastfeeding support, bottle-feeding, and proper breast milk handling and storage. Mom will still be breast feeding with occasional bottle. - Follow the baby’s age-appropriate nap schedule and established sleep routines. Practice safe sleep guidelines at all times. - Change diapers, maintain hygiene, and monitor the baby’s general well-being. - Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities, including tummy time, reading, singing, talking, and sensory play. - Support developmental milestones and encourage healthy routines. - Take the baby for walks and outdoor outings and classes as appropriate. - Communicate any changes in feeding, sleeping, mood, or health to the parents.
