A referral partnership for regional nanny placement agencies. Share Kindred with nannies you can't currently place and with families whose budget can't support your placement fee. No exclusivity, no commitment, and no competition for your premium clients.

How payouts work

• $25 for every nanny who creates a profile through your link
• $75 more when that nanny is placed through Kindred
• $250 for every family you refer who hires on Kindred

Payouts cap at $5,000 per quarter per agency, with a 30-day clawback on the hire tier if a placement is rescinded. Either party can end the partnership at any time.
